These terms govern your use of sosmedyon (sosmedyon.com and app.sosmedyon.com). By using the service you accept these terms.
The service
sosmedyon is a SaaS platform for social media content creation, scheduling, publishing and analytics. You can post to Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other supported platforms through our tools.
Account & responsibility
- You're responsible for your account's security
- You're legally responsible for the content you publish
- Each account belongs to a single person or organization; sharing is prohibited
- Agency plans must create a separate workspace per client
Prohibited use
- Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, fraud
- Spam, automated account creation, bot activity
- Attacks or excessive load against our infrastructure
- Copyright infringement (posting others' content without permission)
- Use that violates target platforms' (Meta, X, Google etc.) terms
Payment & cancellation
- 14-day free trial, then subscription begins; no card required up front
- Monthly or yearly billing; yearly plans are 20% off
- You can cancel anytime; no refunds for remaining periods
- Plan upgrade/downgrade takes effect immediately; billing is prorated
Service changes
Service features and pricing may evolve. Major changes affecting existing users are announced at least 30 days in advance via email.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is erased within 30 days.
Liability limits
sosmedyon does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for disruptions originating from the target platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.) such as API outages or policy changes. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
