How does the AI actually work?
You provide a topic or brief. Our AI produces content per platform — matching tone, character limits and hashtag conventions. It can learn your brand voice over time.
Is my data secure?
Data is stored in compliance with GDPR/KVKK, isolated per customer, and never shared with third parties. Regular backups.
Can I use this as an agency?
Yes. The Agency plan gives you separate workspaces per client, role-based permissions, and unified billing.
How do you decide the voice for my account?
The AI uses your connected account's history, your brand voice samples, and your target audience. You can override manually any time.
What happens if a post fails?
If a platform rejects it with a transient error, we retry 4 times at 1/5/15/60-minute intervals. If it still fails, you're notified with the exact reason.
How is support provided?
Email and in-app chat. Professional and Agency plans get priority + phone + video support.
